I have a cable modem. My boyfriend upgraded to AOL 8.0 but didn't like it. Then he reinstalled 7.0. Now anytime we open aol it gives us a run time error and closes down AOL. The AOL support lady had him delete global.org from the AOL folder, but now we are still getting this error. The error reads: Microsoft visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: C:/programfiles/americaonline 7.0/waol.exe Help PLEASE!!
