When sending mail in Outlook Express 6.0, I do Spellcheck before sending. Since doing a full recovery and reinstall (I have Windows ME)a custom icon (DIC file) appears on my desktop after sending the mail. When I open the DIC file, it opens Notepad. Why???

I may be nuts, but I went into my registry and deleted my custom dictory. So, I have to see if I get that custom. dic on my desktop anymore. I don't know why I need a dictionary anyway unless it's not a dictionary that we use to correct spelling etc. My spell checker works fine. We'll see. told you I must be nuts.
