This is two separate issues.
First off, you need to reinstall Macromedia Flash. I think you have the full version on your computer. If not, then the player is corrupt. However, I am pretty sure that it is the full version that you have installed on your computer.
As for Roxio, I would reinstall the software (after completely uninstalling and restarting your computer). In addition, get the updates on their website. These are critical.
