DESKTOP--CURSER TO START,LEFT CLICK

SEARCH--LEFT CLICK TYPE (TOD AOLTEMP) CLICK SEARCH NOW

DELETE TOD AOLTEMP---re-start computer.

this should resove the problem ERROR:0E:0197:BFF8E64B
