After cleaning some viruses, my Windows NT system is not able to run any 16-bit program, it issues the "cannot find file xxxx" error.
What file or libraries must I reinstall to fix this problem?
I have not worked with NT 4.0 that much. I think you can run an 'SFC' to pick up any missing 16-bit system files. Get to command prompt, type, "SFC /scannow". Make sure to have your install CD handy.
