hi i've recently found my gateway pc cam, i've lost the box and the cd.. so unfortunately i have no information whatsoever about it.. but if this helps on the bottom of my webcam it shows: gateway pc camera, DC.50V - 100 mA Max.
serial number 303g809x007038. if anyone could show me where to download drivers/etc. it would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

The Intel Corporation webcam Model cs330 has been discontinued and is no longer supported. How ever you can still download the drivers for the cam at the Intel web site. I have the original CD software for the cam but sadly to say it does not work with windows XP os. after downloading the drivers i am still able to use the webcam as always just that the software features with the originbal software is not there. If your still intrested in the CD let me know.Prehasp i can burn you a copy. My email is Swbrown69@aol.com

i'm afraid to say that if you are looking for software other than the original cd that came with your webcam, then you are not really going to have much luck, you can try "driverguide.com" and search for"intel...... then.....cs110 (or whatever model you have).if that doesn't work................ and in my experience..... IT WON'T....... then you can pick a good webcam up for £20 from anywhere from asda to pc world.................... GOOD LUCK GUYS...

I have 3 intel web cams when I got my new computer it came with xp. my software would no longer work. I tried to find new software but I would have to pay fore it. I haven't had the software long and thats not right to have to pay for it again. Where can I find away to use my software.

Hello!
I am trying to get my camera working.I have the ITEM-number to get to the right place to download the instalation to my camera, but I get one message poppin up; that the instalation of my camera, TRUST SPYC@M 100, can not take plase because I have no camera registrated on my PC. I have lost the CD that is actually suppose to help me with the instalation. I`m therefor trying to do it through the net, but it seams I can`t find the right sulotion to menage this. Is there something you can do to help me getting my camera work without the instalation-CD?Marianne!!!

Anyone know why even with proper drivers installed I cant get my Intel deluxe webcam model cs330 to work, it wont give any images at all, is it broken or what do you think is up with it?Motherboard is p4p800-vm,
using ATI Rage fury pro vid card
and SB audio PCI 64 sound card. Any help would be appreciated

I too have issues with getting my intel pc pro cam to work. It worked before with my xp. I unplugged the cam to hook up to another pc and now when I plug it back into my regularly used pc, I get the message that the device plugged into my usb port is an unknown device. I don't use the create & share software. WIN XP recognised it right from the start. The model I have is CS430. In device manager, the cam is listed in usb devices and is called unknown device and properties says there is no driver installed for the device. I got the correct driver from intel, only to have the cam still show up as an unknown device. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening and why I can't seem to get the driver to install so that I can use the darn cam??? Emails can go to can_usagrl@excite.com

For everyone that's looking for the answer to the Intel CS330, install the appropriate driver for you OS (Operating System) and then use other software like Adobe Photoshop to import images into your system. If you're looking to use this product as a webcam to communicate, then install the drivers for your OS and then install something like "http://www.truetech.com/webcam/freeware.html"If you guys still need help just e-mail me!
