OH! With that additional info regarding the error message, it hit me!

Disable the Active Desktop first. This can be done by right-clicking an open area of your desktop and choosing the active destop option. Click on all the checkmarks to remove them.

If this stops your error message, then you have a problem with conflicting DLL files in Internet Explorer. I would then suggest you uninstall IE 5.5 and install v6.0. This should fix the problem.

Did you try uninstalling Acrobat Reader? I still hold true that the memory address you got is related to a problem with an Adobe or graphics program. At least give it a try before I give you another suggestion.

Hi. The only Adobe product I have on my PC is Adobe Acrobat reader. I dont have autocad. I think the problem is more internet related as the error message only appears when I connect to the internet.

Do you have anymore suggestions

Thanks

This problem is associated with an Adobe product, Autocad, or other graphic (picture) program. Adobe has addressed this issue on their website and offered a fix for their products.

Please post back if you have any of these products installed. To test this possiblity, you may want to try uninstalling the program in question and try to recreate the error message.

Let me know!
