When I insert a CD into my CD ROM Drive I get a blue screen that reads

An exception OE has occured at 0028:C18327F3 in VxD scsi1hlp(3) +00000583. This was called from 0028:C1832778 in VxD scsi1hlp(3) + 00000508.
