I am running nt 1381 with a 14400 fax sportster modem with winfax 10.02. Every time a caller who is not a fax machine calls the line is left open by Winfax. I have searched all over symantec for the solution to this problem or a patch that will detect a silent line but I have yet to find it. Any ideas are much appreciated.
