 Winword has caused an error in vbe6.dll Post a Reply

I'm using Windows ME, Office 2000, Norton System Works and Norton Antivirus. I get the error message: winword has caused an error in vbe6.dll when I try to open any saved word document. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the programs above but continue to get the error. Any ideas on a solution?

Hi Larry,
I hope you don't mind me asking you this but did you find the answer as I have the same problem. I have been running WinME, Office 2000 and Norton System Works successfully for some time untill I tried installing Win Fax Pro. Would appreciate any help brucegrah@yahoo.com.au
