Ok hi :-)
I have just downgraded my computer from xp to ME after finding out that xp was useless and rather user unfriendly..
but ever since and my computer WAS originally packaged with ME ive found ME to be the most unstable product on earth
i have problems turning my computer on getting the following error's frequently :-

0e - 018f - bff7b018

Or if ive had my computer on a lil longer it sometimes just goes off saying :-

exeption error in - 0e - 0028 - c00120ea vxd --- calling {or summit like that} 0e - 0028 - dee4fc0
then it says it can recover u attempt recovery and get the error

O6 - e4a1 000018d1

This as u can probably imagine makes me think.....lots of non child rated post thoughts, makes me swear worse than a fictional robert deniro's love child with tourettes syndrome and is also making my girlfreind want to divorce me.
If anyone on earth can tell me what the hell is going on and hell maybe even have a solution or even send me in the right direction id be so damn greatfull.
so please if u understand all that crap up there {and i know alot of ppl on the net do......wow your all really for the cause aint ya} then please HELP!

Save yourself a lot of computer jargon and hassles and go here and download this free 3 set of CD's and install them, back up any important files you have to a CD or floppies and let it format your entire hard drive.

You will love it and it lets you do e-mail, browse and do "office" stuff and it's all on those three CD's you get for free!

I am afraid to ask why you decided to 'downgrade' and how you did it...

The error messages you are getting are associated with various hardware drivers you have installed. However, the first one on your list is associated with your video card driver. I would start there as many other error messages are a result of this conflict.

However, you should be aware that these types of error messages are not possible in Windows XP. This operating system uses a 'Event Viewer' to log problems with the OS and does not interrupt your daily computing activities unless it is an extreme problem. I guess I would consider going back to XP just for this reason. Expecially if you problem is with BSOD's rather than 'user friendly'.

Please remember that the best way to 'upgrade' or 'downgrade' an operating system is to completely remove all partitions on a hard drive and reformat. Files can be left on a partition that can conflict with with the new install. Expecially, old drivers, which may just be your problem here...

I feel your pain and hope that you get this fixed. I do not want to hear that you spent a ton of time on your computer and it resulted in a loss of a woman. Well, that and I am a fan of Robert Deniro...
