 turtle beach santa cruz cntrl panel err msg Post a Reply

on a dell 8100, win2k pro, the turtle beach santa cruz control panel when trying to open is responding with the following error -
the instruction at "0x0040be10" referenced memory at "0x00000011" cant be "read".

does anyone know a fix...tried uninstalling the software, error doesnt go away. Thanks for any info.

That is a nasty one. It is usually associated with a serious problem elsewhere. But I agree with the previous post. I would check with the manufacturer on this one.

If you are having other error messages, then this may be a continuation of a reacurring problem.

Of course, when all else fails you may suspect faulty RAM.

Computer is instructed to access "read" a low memory address 11 and it doesn't because it isn't supose to be reading in that area of memory.
Why not contact "turtle beach" and ask them why their program is trying to access low memory?
