 Cache Cleanup Post a Reply
From: Barb on 07/23/1999
When I'm going to a different site on the Internet, in between it loading it says "Cache Cleanup removing 91 files." It's not alway 91, the number can change. And when it says that, I can't press stop or scroll down or ANYTHING. What is that, and how do I get rid of it?? Thank you.

: It's a normal operation, when it's done everything should be OK.

: You can increase the size of your cache, or clear it once and a while, then it will take a while to get full again. Check under the "options" or preferences menu.

: The Cache mostly holds pictures and such from previously visited web pages, then next time you visit a web page it doesn't have to download all the page's graphics again.
