I had this problem with internet explorer and found out that some web pages are being displayed in 16 million colors, and my ATI software was defaulting to 32 million, and this is causing a fault in MACXW4.DRV.I set my display to 16 million colors and it seems to have fixed the problem. Nice to have a great color card and not be able to use it.
