: I have an amd k62 400 cpu.iwill a 100+ motherboard 128mb ram, voodoo 3 card running win98 se.My problem is that my computer hangs and locks up after about 2 hours this happens mainly when online,although not all the time.I have also left it switched on all day with out any programmes running and it is ok no hangs.I have also removed various programmes from running in the background to no avail. My modem is an external 56k origo.also i have checked the fan i don`t think it`s overheating.Many thanks .
