I receive the error invalid page fault in module RICHED 20.DLL in Microsoft Word 2000, everytime I try to view a document as a Web Page. I am trying to design a web page using the wizard, and it keeps crashing when I go to the view web page.

I just got an invalid page fault in Module RICHED20.DLL, and it caused Microsoft Word 2000 to crash. It MAY have happened when I tried to open Netscape. After it happened, I found your message and tried to see if this was a recurring problem. First, I couldn't even re-open Netscape until I did CTRL-ALT-DEL - and I found several instances of Netscape listed there, even though they didn't appear in the task bar. When I did "end task" to close all the instances of Netscape that were open and not responding, then I was able to open Microsoft Word 2000, Outlook 2000, and Netscape 4.75 and nothing crashed.:
: Ok, I'm seeing this one too, but the circumstances are a LITTLE different. : I'm running Microsoft Outlook 2000 and Word 2000 and Netscape 4.73 on a Win98 system. : If I have Outlook 2000 open, or Word 2000, and I attempt to start Netscape, it seems to cause Outlook 2000 or Word 2000 (whichever is running) to crash with an invalid page fault in RICHED20.DLL. If both outlook and word are running, they both crash. : The common thread seems to be starting an html viewer, but I haven't got any further. ANY info on a workaround would be greatly appreciated.
