Since installing and uninstalling a program I have been gettint the following messageWindows OE error message: 016F:BFF9DFFF. At startup Windows tries to load but as soon as it reaches the desktop screen the error message appears. I can get it to start in safe mode but I don't know what to do from there.Many thanks
