I am getting the same thing with Nomad IIC when I try to store MP3s to the Flash Card. I have re-installed everything I could think of but am not able to fix problem.

I removed the card all the drivers and associated files. Did a complete reinstall and get the same thing. There are no other soundcard drivers installed besides the Creative Audigy Gamer. I only get this when trying to launch the Play Center

Reinstall your SoundBlaster audio card. This should fix your problem.

same thing happend when i tried to put files on to a flash card for a nnomad IIc mp3 player
