I recieve this Fatal Exception OE at 0028:Coo59D2D when i am playing Rogue Spear, Urban Ops, and Covert Ops. I just reinstalled Windows 98 SE three times hoping this would help along with reformatting when i do it. But nothing has changed. And when i try to reboot after this it sometimes goes through the process of trying to reboot over and over again. My system specs are 1.2g Amd Athlon thunderbird with 384 ram. Thank you if you are able to help. Pulling hair out trying to get this one figured out. :)

Hi, Unfortunately I also have no solution for this problem. As someone else noted, this happens to me when I try to open my portfolio in the moneycentral site offered by microsoft. Please let me know if anyone finds a solution.Thanks, Levy

I have been using microsoft money trouble free for some years and have 3 different set ups. But now when i try to go to investing / portfolio on one of them i get "fatal exception
0028:C0059D2D" and the program closes. I think I have the same problem as Becky.

Yes this error code seems to be happening on most Windows 98 SE computers running the direct X 9.b Don't know i you have tried updating etc. The problem seems to be Geforce TNT M64 if you have this kind of graphics card try changing it. Seems to solve my problems out.

Becky, my mother is also having the exact same error when running her wings digitizing software when trying to convert certain fonts. Unfortunatly i can offer no help to you, but am hoping that you may have solved this by now or that someone else reads this and can offer a solution.
