Considering I ordered a NEW Computer from G/way, and Ran sfc (System File Checker) w/98 sec. ed. I found OLD Deleted Files on my supposed to be NEW Hardrive, dated back to 1996, 1997, plus a damaged file, and someone's address in my programs Address book that I had Never used. Plus an "Untitled Folder", with 3 pictures captured from CBS.NBC!!!.Did I get taken by Gateway or What?? I'm with You...Mac, HP, Anything else but Gateway who DENIES that they sent me a Used or Refurbished Hardrive!!!!
