Frequent, random crashes. Fatal exceptions 0E@0028 and 0D@0246.

Scan disk repeatedly "fixes" the same problems on every start-up. They don't stay fixed:

"Size of file X is being misreported."

"Invalid directory entries."

"Lost clusters."

I have similar error messages....identical in fact, and suspect you're correct. I think I'll disable McAfee Antivirus as well and see if I get blue screened.

I recently upgraded my software and, likewise get random blue screens.

Do you get 2 blue screens in succession??
