Hi all, My problem is I have Window ME and when I go to disconnect from the internet it freezes. I can here it disconnecting. I try the ctrl+alt+del and it says "ISP not responding" I click to end task and it sits for a bit and then automatically reboots the computer then of course runs scan disk because the system was not shut down properly. Once in a while it will disconnect me fine but the majority of the time this is what I am dealing with. I don't understand it. Thought maybe it was in my phone line and I actually disconnected it but it still sat there and wouldn't finish the disconnect (so to speak). Any help or thoughts on this. I have no antivirus running. Only thing on the taskbar is ICQ and I have tried it enabled and disabled with no differenceThanks in advance, Sharon
